Do I need to be homebound to receive in-home physical therapy?

No! you do not need to be home bound to receive physical therapy services at home.

What is at-home physical therapy?

Physical therapy services provided in the comfort of your own home! Your physical therapist will conduct an evaluation to assess what should be addressed in your physical therapy plan of care and develop goals for your specific treatment plan. Your PT can provide services tailored to your needs such as interventions to improve your mobility, increase strength, decrease pain, improve balance, decrease fall risk, increase independence and more. 

Does Rise Physical Therapy accept my insurance?

We accept Medicare Part-B and most major insurances which will be verified by our team.

We also accept private-pay appointments that do not go through insurance at $150 per 1-hour session. 

What areas does Rise Physical Therapy service?
